The company’s policy on community affairs seeks to make sure that the negative impact on our operations by host communities are minimized and that community relations are improved to reduce the community disruption of our operations. To achieve this, the managements will ensure that: The culture and tradition of host communities should be respected. Employment opportunities would be given to indigenes of the host communities.

SAFETY POLICY

It is the policy of this company to carry out its activities with due regard to the safety of lives and properties to enhance good performance. To achieve this aim, the company hopes to assist and develop the employee safety awareness through safety induction, on the job training and other manpower developmental program in line with all statutory safety policy requirements For all jobs to be executed, A detailed safe work procedure shall be provided. A through job hazards analysis shall be carried out. Appropriate personnel protective equipment shall be provided for all employees

HEALTH POLICY

Le Chris Devine Electrical Nigeria Limited take the provision of basic health facilities to its employees as an utmost priority. To achieve this laudable objectives, the company will ensure that a clinic is accessible to all employees. Adequate health and emergency facility are to be provided always at our working sites. The company encourages a high degree or personal hygiene.

SECURITY POLICY

It is the company’s policy to ensure the security of all employees and property within any working sites. The company shall require the services of competent persons to keep vigilance over all her work sites and residential areas provided by the company for her employees. Also employees would be provided with company identity cards to allow easy identification of personnel. Employees shall also be alerted on current security risks associated with the job during regular safety meetings.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

The protection of the immediate work environment during company’s operation is a prerogative of all employees. The general tidiness and cleanliness of the work environment is highly boosted in all company’s activities. However, proper house keeping, waste management, pollution control / prevention and waste disposal methods / system will be adopted in all our work sites.
